Adult education.  BLC’s mission is to empower individuals by providing them with opportunities to improve their skills, which include adult literacy and adult learning centre programming, thus allowing them to participate more fully in life. As literacy instructors or high school teachers here allows individuals to access opportunities to increase their experience. The benefits of working for BLC are smaller staff which encourages a community atmosphere; satisfaction of helping adults who have stalled in obtaining their education.
