Brandon Riverbank Inc. is a non-profit, charitable organization established in 1995.  Brandon Riverbank Inc. embarked on the long-term process of developing the Assiniboine River Corridor to be a “gathering place connecting people with nature”.  Our mission is to: Educate, Celebrate and Recreate.

We provide 17 kms of trails that connect to the City of Brandon trails, which are used all year long.  These include walking, skiing , snowshoeing and, fat biking trails in the winter season and in the summer we provide kayak and canoe rentals.  We also hire seasonal staff who provide interpretive programs, as well as a program for children ages 5 to 9 years old.

We build and facilitate relationships with community members to provide third-party programming and to also assist them with their events as we rent space both indoors and outdoors (which is our main form of income).

We work closely to help raise awareness and make connections through truth and reconciliation efforts.  To encourage the connection of people and the land through recreation, education and celebration.

We provide a matching RRSP Plan – 2.5% of salary, matched annually by Brandon Riverbank Inc. A health benefits plan including dental, vision & extended health coverage, which Brandon Riverbank Inc., pays 75% of the premiums, as well as mandatory group life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment, and a short-term & long-term disability plan.
