Located in Carberry, Manitoba, our facility provides a safe space for mothers and their children to strengthen their bonds, heal from trauma, build resilience and start their journey towards recovery. Through tailored in-house programs and participant care, we support families in reaching permanent family reunification.

These positions are crucial in fostering positive, long-term change for families. They involve providing a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive mentorship to promote healing and reunification. Employees will ensure that every family member’s physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being is supported through tailored guidance and comprehensive care.

You will help families overcome challenges and build resilience by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This role includes fostering connections to community resources, and empowering families to achieve sustainable reunification and personal growth.
