Company Overview

Darrell LeBoutillier grew up in Neepawa, Manitoba on a farm north west of town. He learned the ins and outs of farming at a young age and it remains a part of his life today.

Darrell’s agricultural career started when he achieved the title of Service Manager for Co-Op Implements. During this time he was in charge of organizing and scheduling the work flow of the service department. When Co-Op went into receivership, Darrell felt it was important to have a business around that would still service and sell the Shortline brands for farmers in the area.

In 1991 Darrell and his wife Val LeBoutillier established their own company T.I.C. Parts & Service. They purchased an old equipment dealership and started with a staff of 3 people. In 1997, they expanded to incorporate trucking parts & service. Darrell understands the importance of having your truck and trailers at top performance and he made sure to hire qualified technicians to make that possible.

T.I.C has now grown to include numerous Shortline Brands, Precision GPS Systems, Lawn Care and much more. They employ 11 people who are trained and share the same passion for improving customers operation’s productivity, safety and effectiveness and genuinely feel that the equipment they sell and service, do just that.

Darrell understands and knows first hand, what it takes to run a successful farming operation. He recognizes the importance of having the right machinery to produce the greatest profit. He is also aware of how essential it is to have machinery serviced and ready in a timely manner

Darrell’ s goal is to see that anyone who enters TIC Parts & Service is made to feel important and leaves feeling satisfied.
