Job Summary

The Director of Sales & Marketing will drive strategic sales plans to meet targets and grow the Canadian Fire Service market. They’ll own surpassing annual sales goals, cultivate lasting customer relationships, align sales efforts with strategy, and report insights to leadership, staying informed on industry trends.

Job Description

Director of Sales & Marketing – Job Overview:

– Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
– Own and hit or exceed annual sales targets outlined by our supplier partners.
– Encourage the building and maintenance of strong, long-lasting Customer relationships.
– Communicate with Sales Team(s) regarding the annual Strategic Plan and Sales Targets.
– Report to Leadership Team on Value Propositions through Proposals or Presentations.
– Fully grasp and understand the fire service market, regions and anticipate market trends.

Below are the qualifications expected of the Director of Sales & Marketing
• Ability and desire to serve the Canadian Fire Service
•  Excellent written & verbal communication skills
•  Strong attention to detail
•  Good time management & organizational skills
•  Product knowledge and/or the ability to learn new products.
•  Strong problem-solving skills
•  Ability to Lead, Manage and hold sales & marketing staff Accountable (LMA)
•  Knowledge or ability to learn EOS (Entreprenurial Operating System)
