Location: Brandon, MB (and surrounding project sites)
Job Type: Full-Time / Seasonal (with potential for long-term)

Position Overview

We’re looking for reliable, hard-working Civil Construction Laborers to join our crew. This is hands-on work—expect long days, physical labor, and working outdoors in all conditions.

If you’re the type who shows up on time, works hard, and doesn’t need to be babysat, you’ll fit in well here.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with excavation, grading, and site preparation
  • Load/unload materials and tools
  • Support equipment operators and skilled trades
  • Install pipe, conduit, and other underground infrastructure
  • Perform general labor duties (shoveling, raking, compacting, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
  • Previous construction or labor experience preferred (not mandatory)
  • Valid driver’s license (Class 5 minimum; higher is an asset)
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
  • Willingness to work long hours and travel if required
  • Strong work ethic and reliability—no exceptions
  • Ability to work as part of a team
Assets (Not Required but considered an asset)
  • Experience in civil, pipeline, or utility construction
  • Equipment operation experience
  • Safety tickets (H2S Alive, First Aid, Ground Disturbance, etc.)
