We’re Hiring: Class 3A Driver

We’re looking for a dependable and safety-focused Class 3A Driver to join our Excavation Team. If you’re experienced behind the wheel of tandem trucks and specialized vehicles—and ready to support projects from the ground up—this role is for you. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Operating tandem vehicles, dump trucks, sand trucks, and concrete mixers on local and short-haul routes 

• Ensuring cargo is loaded, secured, and delivered safely and on time 

• Performing pre-trip, enroute, and post-trip inspections 

• Reporting mechanical issues and maintaining your vehicle in top condition 

• Accurately logging mileage, fuel usage, delivery records, and bills of lading 

• Following all driving laws, safety regulations, and company protocols 

• Assisting the crew with labor tasks, unloading materials, and supporting site operations 

• Communicating professionally with supervisors, customers, and other stakeholders 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Valid Class 3A driver’s license with Air endorsement and a clean abstract 

• Experience driving tandem vehicles and operating heavy-duty trucks 

• Strong understanding of transportation safety and compliance standards 

• Basic mechanical awareness and ability to identify equipment issues 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred 

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with site labor when needed 

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills 

• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work in all weather conditions
