We’re Hiring: Excavation Labourer

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Excavation Labourer to join our field crew. If you’re physically strong, safety-minded, and ready to work outdoors as part of a team, this could be the opportunity for you. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Assisting with digging, trenching, and removing dirt and debris from work areas 

• Using hand tools like shovels, picks, and rakes to support excavation activities 

• Helping machine operators with setup, movement, and general site tasks 

• Loading and unloading materials like gravel, sand, and construction supplies 

• Keeping the site clean, organized, and hazard-free 

• Setting up and dismantling temporary structures and safety barriers 

• Supporting the crew with material handling, equipment prep, and general labor 

• Following all safety protocols and reporting any unsafe conditions 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift 50 lbs and perform manual tasks 

• Basic knowledge of excavation or construction work is an asset 

• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions 

• A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic 

• Ability to take direction, follow instructions, and work as part of a team 

• Previous general labor or construction experience is a bonus
