We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Laborer / Junior Cabinet Installer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to learn the cabinet installation trade. 

Working alongside our experienced installer, you will assist with the delivery, preparation, and installation of custom cabinetry in residential and commercial projects throughout the region. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting cabinetry and materials. 

• Help prepare job sites for cabinet installation. 

• Assist with installing cabinets, hardware, trim, and related products. 

• Operate hand and power tools safely. 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. 

• Help protect clients’ homes and commercial property during installations. 

• Perform shop and warehouse duties, as required. 

• Follow company quality standards and installation procedures. 

• Represent Nutrend Custom Cabinet Solutions professionally when interacting with customers. 

Qualifications 

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic. 

• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn. 

• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools (or willing to learn). 

• Able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 100 lbs. 

• Good attention to detail. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license. 

• Previous construction, carpentry, or cabinet experience is an asset but not required.

Experience is helpful, but it is not essential. We believe attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn are just as important as experience. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in doing quality work, and are looking to build a career in the trades, we are happy to provide on-the-job training for the right individual.
